If it is, we schedule a Comprehensive Home Assessment ($249)
After the call: Comprehensive Assessment
If we're a fit, the next step is a full home walkthrough — safety, maintenance, accessibility, pest, and property condition. We produce your first Home Guardian Score and a written report. $249 — waived entirely when you enroll as a member.
