These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CasaServ website at casaserv.com and your membership in the Home Guardian™ program, operated by OBX Service Pro LLC (“CasaServ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting a form on this website or enrolling as a member, you agree to these Terms.
Home Guardian™ is a monthly membership service that provides ongoing home oversight for seniors, including:
Specific services included in your membership tier are detailed in your enrollment agreement. CasaServ is a home oversight and coordination service, not a licensed medical provider, home care agency, or emergency services organization.
The free Discovery Call is a preliminary conversation to determine whether Home Guardian is an appropriate fit for your situation. Completing a Discovery Call does not obligate you to enroll, and does not obligate CasaServ to accept your enrollment.
The Comprehensive Home Assessment ($249) is a paid service conducted prior to membership enrollment. The assessment fee is waived in full when you enroll as a paying member within 30 days of the assessment date. If you do not enroll, the assessment fee is non-refundable.
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at hello@casaserv.com or by written notice. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be billed for the following month.
No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period. If you re-enroll after canceling, Founding Member rates and any previously discounted rates are not guaranteed.
CasaServ currently serves Raleigh, Cary, and Durham, NC, and Columbia and Lexington, SC. Service availability within these areas may be limited based on capacity. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service in areas or situations outside our operational scope, including but not limited to hoarding situations, active legal disputes over a property, or conditions that present unreasonable risk to our team.
When CasaServ coordinates contractors or service providers on your behalf, we act as a facilitator. We are not a party to any contract between you and the contractor, and are not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of contracted work. We will make reasonable efforts to recommend qualified, reputable providers.
CasaServ provides home oversight and coordination services. We are not a licensed contractor, home inspector, medical provider, or emergency service. Our observations and reports are advisory in nature and do not constitute a professional inspection, safety guarantee, or warranty of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CasaServ's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total membership fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
By enrolling or submitting a form on this website, you consent to receive communications from CasaServ by phone, SMS, and email. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may unsubscribe from email communications using the link in any email we send. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional messages related to your active membership.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wake County, NC, except where otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active members of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
